How much is shipping?

What carrier do you use to ship bikes?

UPS ships our ebikes. FedEx ships our batteries. UPS or USPS ships accessories or warranty parts. We strive to balance shipping costs with quality of service. In our view, UPS has damaged the least amount of ebikes, so we're sticking with them!

Our pre-delivery inspection process ensures that each bike receives the attention it deserves before shipping. After your purchase, your bike will follow a timeline that includes a complete 25-point inspection. Our team fully unboxes the bike, checks
