We’ve worked hard to provide you with the best experience possible when purchasing and riding a Vvolt eBike. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re experiencing difficulty with your bike, please contact us so we can help troubleshoot your problem before seeking a return.
If you are still unsatisfied with your Vvolt electric bicycle, you may return it for a partial* refund within 14 days of receipt.
Contact our customer service team to get a return authorization (RA). Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please be prepared to provide photo or video documentation of any mechanical issues.
Please retain the original shipping box in case you need to use it for return shipping. We promise it’s easier to pack your bike in our box than a standard bike shipping box!
Once we receive your return, our tech team will assess the bicycle's condition and contact you to confirm your refund.
* We are happy to help you arrange a return shipment via UPS or FedEx at a flat rate of $90. Bicycles returned in used, dirty, or damaged condition may be charged up to 25% of the original price or as a return charge.
