We’ve worked hard to provide you with the best experience possible in purchasing and riding a Viavolt eBike. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re experiencing difficulty with your bike we ask that you contact us so we can help troubleshoot your problem prior to seeking a return.

If you are still unsatisfied with your Viavolt electric bicycle, you may return it for a full* refund within 14 days of receipt.

Contact our customer service team to get a Return Authorization (RA) number – returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please be prepared to provide photo or video documentation of any mechanical issues.

We are happy to help you arrange return shipment via FedEx at a flat rate of $90.

Please retain the original shipping box, just in case you need to use it for return shipping. We promise it’s way easier to pack your bike in our box than a standard bike shipping box!

Once we receive your return, our tech team will assess the bicycle’s condition and contact you to confirm your refund.

*Bicycles returned in used, dirty or damaged condition may be subject to a return charge of up to 25% of the original price.
