At Vvolt, your satisfaction is our priority. Bikes ship free within the continental U.S. via UPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 5 business days of leaving our warehouse. For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, please contact [email protected] for a shipping quote.
We’ve worked hard to provide you with the best experience in purchasing and riding a Vvolt, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.Returning Your Ebike
- Troubleshooting first: If you’re experiencing issues, please contact us so we can help troubleshoot the problem before seeking a return.
- Keep the box: Please retain the original shipping box in case you need to return your bike. It’s much easier to use our packaging than a standard bike box.
- Return window: You may return your ebike for a full* refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Process: Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number — returns without an RA won’t be accepted. We may request photos or a video of the issue.
- Shipping: We can help you arrange a return shipment at a flat rate of $90.
- Condition: Bikes returned in a dirty or damaged condition may be subject to a return charge of up to 25% of the original price.
Returning Parts & Accessories
Do you need to send back a charger, handlebar, stem, or other small component? Here’s how it works:
- Return window: Parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
- Process: Contact [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the product is defective. We’ll point you toward the most affordable shipping option.
- Refunds: Once inspected and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method (less original shipping charges, if any).
- Exceptions: Installed, used, or damaged components may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

- Change-of-mind or wrong-fit purchases fall under this return policy.
