Firstly, we offer an industry-leading 3-year warranty on our ebikes. Our bikes are handmade by expert craftspeople, but sometimes humans make mistakes! Regardless, we stand behind our products. 

Secondly, we stock warranty and replacement parts at our US facility, so we can take care of any issues and get you rolling ASAP. We'll even work with you to identify potential upgrade parts if needed! 

Lastly, we've developed a network of recommended local service centers where ebike technicians can help Vvolt and you to sort things out when it comes to replacing a warranty or crash-damaged part. If you need it, we’re here to help so get in touch.
