Autoshift 3 Hub: Cog Installation

• Slide the steel spacer onto the freehub with the chamfered side facing inboard, then slide the Gates cog onto the freehub with the logos and engraved part # facing outboard.

• Apply RED thread-locking compound to the threads of the lockring

• Spin the lockring onto the freehub threads, then tighten to approximately 4 Nm using a lockring wrench. (This should feel “firm” but not “tight”)
  

• *Do not ride for 24 hours so the thread-locking compound has time to cure.
