Vvolt Limited Warranty 

Vvolt provides a 3-year warranty for ebikes purchased directly from Vvolt in the U.S., covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original owner and begins when you receive the bike.

Covered Parts:

• Frame, motor, battery, wheels, handlebars, and brakes.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, belts, cogs).
• Damage from misuse, accidents, water submersion, or improper maintenance.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Shipping Damage:

• If your bike is damaged during shipping, report it within 30 days with photos and packaging. This is your responsibility.

Warranty Claims:

• If a part needs replacement, contact Vvolt Support with photos/videos.
• You’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless you agree otherwise.

Limitations:

• Vvolt’s liability is limited to the purchase price and excludes indirect or special damages.
• Warranty voids if the bike is resold or if a chargeback occurs.

This warranty covers U.S. purchases and does not apply to bikes sold outside the country.
