If you&#x2019;re experiencing difficulty with your bike we ask that you contact us so we can help troubleshoot your problem prior to seeking a return.If you are still unsatisfied with your Viavolt electric bicycle, you may return it for a full* refund within 14 days of receipt.Contact our customer service team to get a Return Authorization (RA) number &#x2013; returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please be prepared to provide photo or video documentation of&#xA0;any mechanical issues.We are happy to help you arrange return shipment via FedEx at a flat rate of $90.Please retain the original shipping box, just in case you need to use it for return shipping. We promise it&#x2019;s way easier to pack your bike in our box than a standard bike shipping box!Once we receive your return, our tech team will assess the bicycle&#x2019;s condition and contact you to confirm your refund.*Bicycles returned in used, dirty or damaged condition may be subject to a return charge of up to 25% of the original price.
